Excellent location, attentive staffs, nicely decorated rooms with coffee machine. Free tea coffee service from the lobby all day everyday.

The location was excellent. Regarding the staff the waitress who was working at breakfast was super helpful and polite. However the staff at the reception was weird . Specifically one gentleman who was working when we arrived was rude towards us and he didn’t gave us any further info for the hotel operation such us WiFi , breakfast policies either for the use of bar , drinks coffee etc. The gentleman also was not aware of the Greek id something that is not necessary but when he asked for our ID and we gave them he was very rude . He said “ what’s that? It’s the first time that I see it , you don’t have passport?” We are Europian citizens , passport it’s not necessary. The overall arrival experience was not very pleasant. However the next day we asked something at the reception desk and lady who was on shift was very helpful and seemed to be weird that we didn’t have been informed properly about hotel facilities. Although the room was small it was nice . The bathroom towels were dirty and the bathroom area had a weird smell from the first day. Breakfast was ok but not worth money

Great location with easy access to all attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nicely decorated and had everything we needed.
