We stayed here for 3 nights over the New years 24/25. Its a little further out of the main area but within walking distance of 15 mins to the Arc de Triomphe. The Hotel is right near Porte Malliot tube station which is line 1 . So very very easy to get everywhere on this metro line. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were fantastic Paris rooms are a little smaller than the average but this was just right for me and my teenage daughter. The room have very large L'Occitane bottled products so no need to bring shampoo, body wash etc ... Rooms were cleaned daily Everything yo need is nearby The metro The train and the Tram 25 mins from the airport 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe a 35 min walk to Effiel Tower The staff were very nice and friendly and i would definitely stay here again

Immediate first impressions were great. A classy, comfortable hotel with a superb private spa (that is bookable and complimentary). Clean rooms and beautiful bathroom. The location is also ideal for parking (Indigo) and both shops and restaurants which were a minute or so walk. The tram, metro and buses were also close by. The area in general was classy and felt safe. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Delicious complimentary coffee was also available. The staff were also friendly, professional and helpful. It felt special being there.

I stayed this hotel 3-nights. The location is very good, and the subway station is close to this hotel, just 3minites by walk. And the room is keeping cleanliness always.

All the staff were very kind, friendly and professional and fulfilled all our needs during our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable with a superb location, close to the metro and shops. Location was great.

The hotel was great - very clean and well-presented. While not in the centre of the attractions, they were within walking distance. The staff were excellent - very warm and friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend it

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast included fresh rasberries, pancakes, bacon sausage and menu of eggs cooked to your liking. Great room with beautiful decor and a great shower. Robes and slippers provided. Close to the Porte Mailliot Metro for direct access the city centre. Decor in the restaurant was stunning.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The staff at reception and at breakfast were very nice and helpful. You could tell that the property was well taken care of. I was travelling alone and felt comfortable and safe. The location is still within Zone 1 in the Paris transport system, which means its well connected with the metro and you can walk to the Champs Elysees and the Tour Eifel, as well as some nice residential parks and dinning areas nearby.

Location is great! Close to Metro 1 (yellow) Pont Neuilly - Direct to Eiffle Tower. Close to street market at Rue Poncelet Can walk to Arc de Triomphe Direct bus to Galleries layfatte Haussmann Great staff - Milos, Mario all great! Sitting area for breakfast buffet is nice Spa and steam room is wonderful Room size quite good Can open 2 x large luggages in the room Bed is comfy with many pillows Toilet is small but functional. Water pressure is great and hot water is great Nice shampoo, liquid soap Curtains good blackout Noise insulation is good Balcony is nice Small provision stop next door Great restaurant next door at Le Panna Cotta
