I was in the room which catered for people with physical disabilities, which was great for everyone. Large shower, grab rails, high toilet, etc. It was on the ground floor. I didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that. The hotel is a short walk from Madeleine Metro, and an easy walk to La Louvre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, only walking distance to Opera, Lafayette, Place Vendome even to Museum Orsay… The staffs are very friendly, like family.. Sauna is extremely clean.

Small courtyard next to room with small potted trees. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast and breakfast room were great, very high quality. Best place we have stayed in Paris.
