Excelent location, extremely friendly staff, bed is very comfortable, the view to the Tower Eiffel was a great surprise. Loved the concept of the honesty bar. We had friends coming over for a drink, the lady at the reception didn't hesitate and set the table for us to toast on my partner's birthday (we bought the Champagne at the hotel, of course :-) ) We'll definitely stay at the same hotel on our next trip to Paris, in the same room ;-)

Free upgrade - thank you. Early free check in. Staff helpfulness. Standard of the room. Plenty of hot water - Mother in law was staying in the Ritz and didn't have hot water! Welcome notes from the manager and the postcards. Little French balcony to our room.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh cakes and pastry every day and served with coffee, tea, latte or fresh juices. Our room was very convenient for a person with wheelchair. The stuff was super kind, friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we had a great stay. The hotel is so close to the Champs Elysees

This was our second time here. The location is what brought us back and the level of service from the staff. We enjoyed the room as it was perfect for our lay-over day. I can't thank the staff for assisting us in dinner reservation and booking the airport transportation for the following day.

A nice hotel, with a parizian look and feel. Location is excelent for walking to Arc de Triomphe, Shopping streets, Champs Elysee, Louvre, Invalides. Not that great for Eiffel Tower, Latin Quartier, Montmartre, but there is a good transportation and that can handle the distances. Good sound isolation from the streets and inside.
