The receptionist Amine was so friendly and helpful assisting us when we needed help with the taxi driver translating for us and he really went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. The room was gorgeous and comfortable very warm and not noisy at all. The shower was powerful and the location of the hotel is minutes from anything and everything. Metros bars pubs and restaurants.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly to us and our 2 year old daughter. The room was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space. you control your own heating and the shower never ran out of hot water (we were traveling when it was very cold so it was so nice to stay somewhere really warm). We wanted our toddler to eat breakfast in the room while we got ready and they were very happy for us to take a big tray up which was a nice touch. Breakfast was a good selection, plenty to choose from.

Super location, close to restaurants and metro stop, easy to reach. Parking close by. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was ok for 3 people and very clean. We didn't take the breakfast due to the amount of restaurants in the area.
