Super clean and spacious room. Good WiFi connection, friendly staff. I read bad reviews on the safety and metro noise but I personally didn't experience any of that. My room was quiet and I didn't see any particular issue outside the hotel door. It probably looks more like a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars but I had a nice stay and would go back again. The price was pretty good considering the location just next to the station. Great coffee in the room and great quality shampoo and shower gel. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning and 2 windows in the room.

Great Location, quiet rooms. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room was small, but actually more spacious than other rooms I've stayed before in Paris. Bathroom could use an upgrade but all was functional.

Location was great, right in front of St. Lazare station. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished and as shown in pictures.

Good location and very clean... However, that said... it was warm and had adequate facilities and very central. Don't worry about noise from train station it really wasn't an issue

The room was very spacious and comfortable ( we choose a tripe and the bed was confortable) The breakfast was good The kindness of our first welcome by the sir on the reception. He was so kind every single day! And so helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room with clean bedding, good heating, quiet despite a fairly busy location, and they allowed me to leave a small suitcase while I went away for 48 hours. In addition, a coffee maker in the room and hot water available in reception to make teas as required
