The hotel has a fantastic location and has a beautiful historical back story. Thanks to the central location it was quite easy to walk to a lot of the landmarks as well (if you don't mind lots of walking). Lots of brasseries, cafes within walking distance. The metro is close by as well though we didn't use that. If you are taking the Big Bus, there is a stop within 5 minutes walking distance of the Hotel. Taxis and ubers are easily available.

The location and the hotel and staff overall superb. What could have been better the spa facilities were basic and could have been more taken care off. A swimming pool would have been a great addition and experience in such a big hotel premises.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Tasty breakfast. It’s a pity that staff didn’t feel friendly and carrying to meet your needs. Had to ask 5 times for the staff to bring a vase for flowers. It feels like the hotel is very big and you are treated as if you’re not valued as a guest. I think at this price you’re supposed to get decent service. Also the gym is very small. In such a big hotel you would expect a proper gym.

Very beautiful interiors , luxury styled , but at the same time cozy and comfortable . Many thanks for friendly staff . Everything was so beautiful, fresh, clean, and comfortable. Although still a stretch on our budget, this price gave us the chance to experience such luxury that would normally be way too out of our reach. The staff we encountered went above and beyond to accomodate us.

fantastic grand hotel, great design, seems only recently refurbished, everything in good condition, great quality of design and furniture, fantastic rooms for conferences, breakfast in the very beautiful Café de la Paix which is adjacent to the building and part of the hotel, great location next to Opera Garnier
