It was our second stay at this ibis and we were less lucky with our allocation of room this time. It felt much smaller and darker than on our previous stay and faced the road rather than the garden. Still, the location is good, staff friendly, and generally convenient.

The staff were amongst the nicest I've ever met in any hotel. Very friendly and courteous. Bed comfortable. Great location for the Opéra Bastille. Easy métro connections. (Line 8) Great breakfast. Best thing of all: coffee machine available the whole time. Fantastic!

Breakfast is excellent and we appreciated the possibility to make tea (delicious loose tea) or coffee at anytime. Location is fab, we love that part of Paris. People who work at the hotel are very helpful and pleasant.

Room: The bed was soooo comfortable to sleep with. The room itself offers sufficient space for reading, clothing, and resting. It has a relaxing area, a table for using laptops, a TV, a nice bed, a spacious shower! The hairdrying works really well, to my surprise. I also love how they are prioritizing environmental-friendly practices in the hotel, such as offering glass bottles with still/sparkling water for free. Staff: The people I met at the counter were all super friendly and nice, with heart-warming services and care to details. They can also communicate well in English, which is stress-free for tourists! They are very welcoming, and I'm really happy to have stayed at this hotel for my 6-day trip in Paris. Breakfast: Had the breakfast on the last day of my stay (stayed in this hotel for 5 nights), the food types provided are quite a lot to choose from, and super affordable if compared to having the famous "petit déjener" at Cafe de Flore. There are eggs-boilling (DIY) area, a variety of bread, cereals, different kinds of milk, juice, coffee machine with various tea leafs. fruits and yogurt as well. Location: it's sooooo convenient to commute to other places, as the metro Ledru-Rollin Station is just 4-minute walk away from the hotel.

The hotel is perfect for a few days in Paris. Location is amazing. I loved Bastille. It has everything you need right on your doorstep. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was soo nice and clean and the staff and management are just all so lovely and helpful.

They had free water (both sparkling and still!) plus the position was really good, close to a variety of subway stations. Rooms are new and clean. The staff there is just amazing, very kind and helpful.

The location is really good. Near bus stop and metro. Walking distance from the Bastille. Near supermarket as well. The hotel was comfortable .
