The cost-benefit of this hotel is remarkable, especially considering we stayed during New Year’s, a typically expensive period. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Contrary to some reviews I read, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the area and had no negative experiences during my stay. The location is decent, with some bus stops very close by and metro lines within a 10-15 minute walk.

Good, clean spacious hotel, excellent breakfast, pleasant staff, adequate room and all round good value. Right next to the interesting flea market of St Ouen, 1O/15 minutes walk from 2 metro lines.
