During check-out they demanded that I pay additional fees, calling it a tax for staying in Paris. They took money for 2 people, but I lived alone. And when I asked for a receipt for payment, they said they would send it to my email, but I never received anything. I wrote to the hotel about this, but I didn't receive a response.

Despite the smaller size of the room it was designed in a very clever way, I had everything I needed. The handwritten welcome note and chocolate after check-in when entering my room surprised me, it was a nice gesture. The breakfast was okay, really delicious croissant and jams but I didn't feel it as extra or special as advertised by other guests or by the hotel itself. The staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel was very nice and aesthetically pleasing. The location was great and had a lot of good restaurants that were nearby. The Eiffel Tower was walking distance which made it easy to get to when wanting to see it light up in the evening

Cute boutique feel Very close to metro stations and easy walk to the Eiffel Tower! Nice comfortable rooms with good bathrooms and we really enjoyed the madeleines on arrival! A nice touch to offer a cocktail instead of having the towels and bedding changed daily

All was fine. Very nice and spacious room. View of the tour Eifell. Close to subway station, and close to restaurants. Good option to visit Paris

Fantastic location, out of the main hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to walk to all the major sites. The room was clean and tidy, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
