Location; great suite and the staff. Particularly Mr Wills who gave us an extraordinary attention of fine service at the reception desk. It’s the second time in this hotel and will come back for sure.

Overall it was not bad: the room is clean, the lady changes towels every day, makes the bed, the bed clothes are white and very clean, the receptionists were nice and helpful. The pillows are horrible though - extremely small and totally flat. I must say though that immediately on our arrival for some reason they gave us a bigger room than we booked, I don’t know why. But the bigger room was definitely better than a smaller one because it was small anyway. Thank God the water in shower WAS indeed very hot! At least something :)

The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is quite close. If you are not lazy to walk.The hotel is clean, beautiful, but small.The maids clean the rooms very nicely. Cute.The staff is very nice.Thank you very much to them.

Super friendly staff, we could check in early even though our room wasn’t ready, the receptionist sorted a different room out for us! Everything was very tidy and clean, the hotel is furnished nice and modern. The bathtub in the bathroom was a dream! its very central and you can get everywhere by bus or metro easily.

Hotel ICÔNE was located in a lovely part of the city, close to cafes, restaurants, ATMs, Metro etc. 20min on the Metro had you at any of the major tourist attractions. The rooms where well decorated and comfortable, excellent bathroom with plenty of warm water. The staff where excellent and very helpful with any of our requests. We would stay here again.
