Every member of staff we interacted with were exceptional and very friendly. The hotel rooms were lovely and clean, I especially liked the Japanese toilet. I would highly recommend this hotel even just for its location alone. With a metro just outside the front door and the Eiffel Tower in walking distance, I’m very glad I stayed here.

The location was great. Just a minute walk to the metro station. A bunch of food options near the hotel as well plus a convenience store, these are great especially if you don't want to have breakfast in the hotel

Excellent location. Train stop right outside the hotel. Effiel tower 10min walk. Room was a good size for Paris. Lift available. Staff very friendly. Shower was large with good heat and pressure. Heated towel rack. Luggage rack in room. Toilet seperate to shower which was nice. Complimentary bottled water provided also.

the staff were extremely helpful and arranged breakfast out of the usual opening hours just for us, due to early check-out at 6.45am.

Near everything and staff very helpful and kind. I stayed here with 2 children, ages 11 and 15. The room was great for us... 3 single beds. Complimentary hot drinks were great.

Brilliant location right beside a metro station (lines 6/8/10) and a 15minute walk to the Eiffel Tower . Surrounded by restaurants, fast food outlet, coffee shop, supermarket, pharmacy and department store.. basically everything you could need. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite and deluxe double which were perfectly sized, the double having a great view over the street.

The room was a good size with separate heated toilet. Staff were very helpful and kind. Tea and coffee downstairs throughout the day was excellent, nice to have a hot chocolate after being out in the cold site seeing. Close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. We did a long walk to Notre Dame due to the central location. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.
