I’ve stayed here a few times over the years. It’s close to Denfert-rochereau on the RER line from the airport and to Montparnasse station. It’s on rue Daguerre which is a lovely market-style street with good restaurants, cafes, patisseries, etc. The rooms have been recently redecorated. Room was on the small side but fine for one person. Comfortable double bed, decent bathroom, clean. Family run and few of the staff speak English which is good for my practice! They are sweet and patient.

Small but clean apartment. Good for a few nights. Close to Metro and Montparnasse station.

Reasonably sized room with functional furniture, nothing exceptional, but definitely not unpleasant. Small, but perfectly usable bathroom. Good wifi signal for medium fast internet access. The staff is friendly and efficient. And of course, the hotel is in a nice part of Paris with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance; no problem even finding a supermarket open after midnight.
