Reservations for more than 4 rooms are subject to special conditions and additional fees. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is requested at the time of booking.Any cancellation or modification is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, cancellation fees may apply:- Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you can cancel 50% of the booked nights free of charge – the other nights will be fully charged.- Between 15 and 7 days before arrival, you can cancel 70% of the booked nights free of charge – the other nights will be fully charged.- 7 days before the date of arrival, you can’t modify or cancel your booking, all nights will be charged.Pets up to 10 kg only are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 10 per night (except for service dogs) and for a maximum of 1 pet per room. Any pet that does not fit this criteria will not be allowed on property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location . So close to lots of interesting places to see and places to eat . Quick walk to Gare Du Nord and a great starting point to walk the city

It was absolutely lovely! I was able to get everywhere I needed without being smack in the middle of the tourist traps. The Staff was lovely, (especially Nicolas) and the rooms were charming, on the smaller side but not claustrophobic or necessarily tiny. My kids loved it and their breakfast croissants were to LIVE for.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Slept really well each night. The room was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. If I needed any advice on where to go or what to do they were on hand to help. Even booking a taxi at any moment. Would definitely recommend. Only 10 min walk from Gard de Nord train station and close to many patisseries, shops and the Metro. Would definitely go back.

Location of the hotel was brilliant, near some great restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be staying there next time we come to Paris!!
