We were pleasantly surprised how convenient is this hotel. It is at top location between Louvre and Opera Garnier, close to metro stations, with a lot of Cafes, shops and etc. The room was very spacious which is not common for Paris, it was cleaned daily, towels changed, the beds were comfy. If you don’t have breakfast option, you can order at reception for 11 euro per person. The staff was also very friendly. Even though the building is old it has an elevator. Overall great experience I would recommend for everyone as it is the cheapest option for Paris centre.

The location is ultra convenient; staff very personable and friendly (not always a given in France). We liked the adaptation of an old maison de ville into a comfortable, well-located hotel at affordable prices.

The location is perfect, just a few feet away from the Palais Royale and a few yards from the Louvre. It is also close to metro stations and bus stops connecting to all major lines. The property is a two star hotel so the facilities are not the best, but it still comfortable nevertheless. The ease of access makes it a definite recommendation.

The location is superb. If you dont mind walking, you can visit most of tourist attractions without using any transport. The staff is very friendly and gives very good tips where and how to go. The room was facing a quiet sidestreet so we had no problem with noise. Room was also in very good condition and clean. This is a perfect hotel for a tourist who wants to wander around Paris a whole day and get a good rest at night. But this is not a hotel for a person who is looking for fancy hallways and shiny elevators!

A great location. 5 minutes from the Louvre. Easy to walk to the sites. Loved the quirky traditional style. Room was a good size. There was a kettle. Quiet area no road noise.

Great location, so close to the Louvre and the Seine, right near a street with lots of bakeries & restaurants too. When we arrived we were welcomed very nicely and you can leave your bags there when you check out. Loved the cute, ‘old school’ lift.
