Excellent staff who truly care about their guests. The elevator was out of service for several days, but we were informed about this a week in advance, which helped us prepare for the inconvenience. Upon arrival, we were gifted some candies, which was a very nice touch. The staff were always available, check-in was quick, and the employees were friendly. The breakfast was incredibly delicious.

Friendly staff, a large, comfortable, warm and clean room. Convenient for Gare de Lyon and an easy metro ride to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame area.

Great location, so close to the metro station, a lot of restaurants, bakeries and mcdonald and BK by the street… the hotel has a coffee machine and water fountain for free.

We were close to a metro station although we used a station further away to access The Eiffel Tour and bus tour of city. The hotel is basic and on a main street with a Mc Donald's close by which was handy with our late arrival and 3 hungry, tired children. We had a quadruple room, 2 double beds, and walk in shower, and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was continental, the breakfast room is very small but the breakfast set us up for our morning in Paris. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

While the hotel is located far from the main attractions in Paris, it does have several redeeming qualities. The personnel were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The cleaning was impeccable, and the room was very comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood, which was peaceful and charming—ideal for those looking for a quieter Parisian experience. Overall, if proximity to top attractions isn’t a priority for you, this hotel offers excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort.

Excellent location, just far enough from the centre of the city but great position for getting about. Hotel was clean, room was great size and really comfortable.
