Really lovely staff who were very friendly and hospitable. Stayed for one night and the beds are really comfortable. Nice people who make you a hot drink and offer delicious pastries to welcome you when you arrive. Also gave me a map of Paris and then offered more drinks while we waited for our airport taxi.

Everything was ok. The metro station is really close, just few steps away. To many shops and restorants around the hotel. The room was little bit small, but for two of us was ok.

Female staff member at the desk when we checked in was really kind, got us checked in quickly and was really helpful. I booked the stay for me, my mum and 8 year old brother - the room had a big bed and a little one. On the little bed, they had put a small balloon and a bunch of sweets which made my brother so happy! Really kind gesture on the hotels part especially as travelling with kids is hard. The beds were decently sized and the room had aircon. We didn't use the TV. Tap water was drinkable. Bathroom was a decent size, sink was hard to avoid dropping water everywhere but overall it was a nice bathroom. They provided towels and soap. There's a metro station right outside the hotel. It was easy to walk to Arc de Triomphe. Decent walk to Eiffel Tower and the viewing point. Plenty of eating options around the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast but we were told we could have breakfast as long as we asked for it the day/night before we wanted it.

We had the disabled room, so not sure about the other rooms size, ours was pretty big, as well as the bathroom, which the shower was opened due to that reason. When we arrived we took an Uber from Gare du Nord which took 20 minutes; following days we took the RER in Pereire, line C to Eiffel Tower 30 minutes and we had stunning views over the Seine of the tower. There's a closer metro stop in Porte de Champerret. Safe neighbourhood, we walked at night and didn't see anything strange. There are many restaurants around, but many of them are closed on weekends due to religious reasons. There's a Carrefour market nearby and a traditional boulangerie for your morning pastries and bread called Montgolfiere. And a classic French cuisine restaurant called Bistrot Le Trois Quart, where we had one of the best meals ever, advise to reserve in advance.

I like the room, though small. I felt safe in it and it was quite comfortable. I also like the staff, particularly Julia, who was warm and accommodating. I also like the simplicity of the space. The location was also very near a train station.

Location is great, 1 min from metro station. Male recepcionist is kindly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Hotel is just on the street, windows are super isolated. They also have lugage room!
