The location was excellent, a few hundred meters from a Metro stop, tons of shops and restaurants with a lively atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly and the service excellent. We opted for the breakfast option and it was worth it as you order off a menu which meant breakfast was always fresh and hot. Great job by Lidia and the team. The room was spacious and equivalent to a suite in some of the other Paris hotels. The rooms were slightly damaged here and there but still neat

The hotel in general is nice and in a nice location, the area has shops and stores around it. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean as well and nice.

Staff were friendly. We arrived mid-morning and were able to check into our room immediately! It is a beautiful hotel at a beautiful and quiet location surrounded by old Parisian buildings. I was overwhelmed with the surprise of discovering a bottle of champagne accompanied glasses and a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday celebration. Would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was a hassle and provided little tips when heading out. As a single woman travelling I felt safe at the hotel and in the area.
