The location was great - within close walking distance of 2 Metro Stations. Also within walking distance of the Louvre (maybe 10 mins). Staff were very welcoming & we were happy with the size of the room & bathroom. 2 adults shared the room in December & the room was warm and the beds very comfortable. The shower (above the bath) had good pressure and the sink area was large enough to put all our toiletries. The room had a kettle with tea & coffee. When we needed a top up I asked the reception team & they were happy to provide. A bottle was provided and you could fill this up with filtered water in the breakfast area downstairs. The hotel does have a lift which makes life easy with suitcases. I can't comment on the breakfast as didn't eat.

Location is superb that almost next to Opera with quite a few Asian restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfy. My father was not well after a day trip and the receptionists were very kind to help with providing the pain killers. Breakfast is also very good. Definitely recommend!

We came for 1 night to visit Opera Garnier so location was just perfect! Actually, very convenient with good cafes around Bathroom was very spacious!

Pros 1. Supportive staff 2. Spacious room and washroom 3. All toiletries provided on request 4. Awesome location - walking distance to almost everything! Most must see destinations within 2-3 kms. Metro just 5 min walk away, awesome eating joints options - be it French, Lebanese, Thai, or Korean cuisine. 5. Galaries Lafayette, H&M, Zara - you name it and you will find it at walking distance of 5-7 min.

Location and staff. Staff is friendly. House-keeping is top notch. I left my wallet on the bed and house-keeping and front desk staff retrieved and returned to me. They have really good staff here.

When I booked the hotel, I asked if we could get a room with a bath. This because I was traveling with my mom and I wanted to surprise her, so I was pleased to see a bath in the bathroom! It made my mom very happy. What we liked as well was that they cleaned the room every day, even though we didn't hang the sign on the door. They made the bed, refilled the coffee and tea and gave us clean towels. Also all the staff spoke English very well and helped us whenever we had a question. We didn't book breakfast with our reservation but on the very last day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. We had two options: breakfast buffet or express breakfast, which included coffee or tea, jus d'orange, half a baguette, a croissant and butter and jam. We chose the latter one, as we're not the biggest breakfast-eaters, and it was amazing. We loved this option!

Quaint hotel in a fantastic location. Very close to the Opera Metro station and bus stops. It is also close to the stop for the hop-on, hop-off tourist busses. Very comfortable rooms, small but friendly bar area, and superbly located for many bistros and brasseries.

Location is great. Walking distance to Opera metro station. You could also walk easily to some main attractions. Close to shopping. Hotel is on a quiet side street. Room is quiet and a bit snug but cozy. Feels safe in the neighborhood. Staff is polite and helpful.
