Great staff; Yahya and Habib from reception, housekeeper lady Mary was great. Hotel room was small but pretty enough for short stay.

Great short stop after arriving from Brussels to Gare du Nord. Clean, cool, helpful. Plenty of help with movements. Beds great, shower excellent. Good breakfast choices

We had a superior room on the 6th floor which had a small balcony overlooking the street - but there was no street noise at night. The room was a good size, small bathroom but lovely toiletries and an excellent shower. All reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and we also appreciated the free coffee machine that was available 24 hrs. Excellent location if travelling via Eurostar as only a few steps from the Gare du Nord.
