We found the location to be convenient getting around Paris - just a 10 minute walk to the metro stations (Pont Cardinet for line 14, Wagram for line 3). The rooms were cozy. Our room had an interesting layout with the toilet (just the toilet, no sink) separate from the rest of the bathroom, but we got used to this quickly. The 24h front desk was also convenient.

The area in which hotel is located is great! Beautiful architecture, good bakeries (pretty cheap compared to the center) and restaurants, very very little tourists. We were back at hotel usually at 23:00, and felt super safe while getting there. Our room were comfortable, got cleaned every day, and super well. The staff is nice, they speak great Englisch.
