The location of the hotel is excellent: everything is within walking distance, and the metro is nearby. We also really appreciated the work of the staff—everyone was extremely friendly and ready to help. The bed was comfortable and firm, the room was clean, and the housekeeping was of high quality.

Everything! Very clean which is very important to us. Very cosy hotel with very welcoming staff especially Ines. She is such a lovely lady. She made sure that we had all what we need to make our stay comfortable.Thank you Ines 😊. Also there was the night shift gentleman, who was very helpful and sweet. Location wise it was perfect. Walking distance to most of all the important attractions in Paris. And mostly, gare de l’est.

Beautiful hotel in Paris. The location is excellent, in a lovely area near Palais Garnier, and close to all the restaurants and supermarkets in that area. The photos accurately show how the room looked. The hotel is very close to the metro

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff were amazing. Our flight home got cancelled and Ines the receptionist helped us find a room to stay in for another night without any issues. The room was an okay size and mostly clean, but worked very well for us while we stayed for a couple of nights.
