Great location, close to Metro's, Gare Du Nord & Gare de L'est. Most main sites are walkable in 30 minutes. Close to main shopping area and a decent selection of restaurants and bakeries between it and main train stations. Staff friendly and very helpful. Although it's in central Paris I didn't find it too noisy. Can't comment on breakfast as there were plenty of places nearby to have breakfast in so didn't bother.

It’s location, as it was walking distance (20 min) from different touristic places and also had many restaurants and metro stations around.

The location is amazing (10-15 minutes walk to Louvre), rooms clean and comfy, staff pleasant. You could simply feel the Parisian vibes all the way. We would definitely recommend Hotel des Comedies to families and all the people who would like to experience the most beautiful city in the world.

I have stayed in many hotels within this price range (100-200eur per night which is very mediocre in Paris) this was far, far the best in Paris. Spacious room, very tidy, helpful staff. their restarestaurant recommendation is great. Absolutely recommend it. Location is great. many, many bars restaurants bars nearby. also the brebreakfast is great. close to metro. only 3 stops from gare du nord.
