The super friendly and helpful staff were fab. The room was fab, 5th floor and on a corner so great views over the streets and rooftops. Comfy beds with lots of pillows and nice bathroom with good quality towels. If I was being picky, there weren’t any usb chargers in the room and the mini bar had nothing in it except 3 half-bottles of water from the previous occupant which the cleaner had missed.

We booked the Prestige Suite because there were 3 of us and we wanted to sleep separately. It is spacious and large, with plenty of wardrobes, space to pack, and the single bed is in the living room. This was perfect for us. There is also a kitchen with fridge, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, separate toilet. It is more like an apartment than a hotel room. Staff were very nice. We were completely satisfied. However, we missed the tea, coffee (as we came home in the evening freezing and would have liked a hot drink). Also, photos could be more detailed and thorough. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly return to this accommodation again.

So cute hotel! Good location(just 5mins walk to the nearest metro station, Magdeleine & 10mins walk to the Opera house) & nice room with a bathtub. Warm services by staffs, I arrived at this hotel quite early in the morning but one staff tried his best to let me check in.

Hotel was in a fairly quiet street just minutes walk from the Place de la Madeleine and within easy reach of the Champs Élysée and the Seine. It was elegantly furnished, maybe a little tired, but extremely clean. The staff members were absolutely amazing - welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel in the perfect location for our short trip to Paris. Staff were friendly & helpful. We were three friends who needed one room. The ‘extra’ single bed provided was very comfortable.
