Great location, super clean room, bed was extremely comfortable and the cherry on top was the staff!!! They were super friendly! A lady staff member, a very sympathetic person, offered us a bigger room on the ground floor free of charge in order to fit our huge instrument case and for us to avoid the staircase! Really nice and caring. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Paris and I'll be returning there for sure!

Lovely room great location near the train station and the breakfast self serve was fabulous.staff very friendly spoke good English.little “honesty bar” was great too for a cheeky beer after long day sightseeing.great value for money hotel.we will be back!

We booked a superior room, this was compact but comfortable. Importantly it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable - two important boxes ticked. In the room there was tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, a safe you can hire, and the shower powerful with plenty hot water - everything you need really.

It is very close to Gare du Nord station so it makes it very easy to get around. It has an elevator which made it easy to get our luggage to our room. The room was very clean and was as pictured.

Towels were replaced daily without request, which was a nice and attentive service. The air conditioning works excellently and keeps the room comfortable regardless of the outside temperature. The small table with a kettle and the availability of tea and coffee is a pleasant extra touch. The TV is a good size for the room and offers a decent viewing experience.
