Beautiful building, rooms were exquisite & the staff were exceptional. From the minute we walked through the door we felt so welcome & special. We had a suprise upgrade which was fantastic. Nothing was an issue. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff made the experience 10/10! They were so welcoming and nice. Although we were having issues with the booking at first, they managed to make our stay the best ever! Couldn’t thank them enough. Definitely will be booking again next time I’m in Paris!

We loved the interior of the rooms, particularly the windows as we were able to sit on the window and drink our tea in the mornings. We really liked the shower, the temperature and power. We also really liked the shower products which were rituals. Housekeeping was fantastic and really looked after us. The beds were extremely comfortable and were a joy to sleep in. I always stay here whenever I am in Paris and that will never change. The staff are incredible and the location is perfect. The rooms are also so cosy. Home away from home for me!
