Really friendly staff from the moment of booking. Reception staff were very helpful and so easy to leave baggage on the day of arrival when we arrived early and on the final day. Lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast and such nice staff who worked in the kitchen. My daughter and I loved being able to pop into other Astotel hotels on our travels around Paris to use the restroom and warm up with a drink and some snacks...what a super idea. Will recommend to family and friends. Great location for all tourist sights.

Location was superb. ALL staff were extremely kind and helpful (breaking prejudices against French :-D). Value for money definitely! Would/will come again!!!

Amazing staff. Always smiling and helpful. Great location. Walking distance to many places. Fast wifi. Snacks and drinks from afternoon to night is a nice touch.

The privilege double room was perfect, spacious, sound proofed was a big plus, and the room was not at the roadside but still had windows for natural light. Very clean room, lovely bathroom, plenty of amenities and the mini bar drinks were free! Also the desk in the room was ideal for remote work, comfy couch and the wifi connection was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful, big plus! Would highly recommend this hotel and whenever we have a trip planned for Paris in the future we will book here again for sure!

All hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included in the room price and was wonderful and well presented (buffet style). Afternoon snacks and drinks are available for free which is a lovely touch. The location of the hotel is ideal - within walking distance to so many of Paris’s main attractions and the river. Many restaurants and cafes in the area too. Loved it and we will definitely be back.

Lovely staff. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location is excellent. Walking distance from main attractions. Nice quiet and safe area. Quick and easy check in. Lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower and free soft drink in fridge. Also free snacks and drinks in reception. Lovely fresh towels, great housekeeping and lovely balcony. Decor is funky, colourful and quirky.

It is my second stay in the hotel. I love the location, and I love the staff. I highly appreciate the cleaning service. The complimentary mini bar is amazing! (It seems small, but it is one of the reasons I decided to return a second time).

I appreciated how quiet the environment was, which was perfect for me as a light sleeper—I was able to rest well after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel offered a snack bar from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and it was free of charge. Additionally, they provided a pass card that allowed access to the snack bar at other Astotel hotels conveniently located around Paris. While I didn't take advantage of this option, I checked the list and found several participating locations. The staff were friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also liked that breakfast was served until 11:00 AM, allowing me to wake up and enjoy a leisurely meal at my own pace.

Hotel very close to 3 metro stations and also close to the train station Rooms like all rooms of Paris are small but good and clean The breakfast is very good and varied The staff is an excellent group They want to help you whenever you request and with pleasure and on top of them the reception staff Mrs. Samar and Mr. Zein El-Din and also Mr. Rami and also do not forget Mr. Ariel, the buffet official, a Spanish national and a very good person With a beautiful smile my greetings to all thank you Augustine Hotel Astotel
