Loved everything about this hotel. The friendly welcome from the reception staff when we arrived set the tone for the whole stay. All the staff were lovely, without exception.This is a boutique hotel with a luxury feel that spoils its guests. Comfortable beds and pillows with crisp linens, immaculately clean throughout. Bathrobes, slippers and vanity kit. Every day from 2pm till late there is a lovely spread of cakes and treats, coffee and hot chocolate along with a range of teas and cordials in the stylish lounge area. All free for guests. If you are traveling with a family it is wonderful value as the young people can pop down and have some tea when they like. They also stock the little mini bar in your room each day with a range of non-alcoholic drinks - again free of charge. There is also a good pool, sauna and spa. It’s very centrally located: we walked everywhere from this hotel, to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay and Montmartre to name a few. We extended our stay by two days, we liked it that much and will absolutely stay again.

This hotel is even better than the pictures, location 2 min walk from Havre Caumartin metro station and 5 min walk from Opera, buffet breakfast&pool is excellent, free snacks and drinks every day, free minibar in the room, comfy beds, adjustable thermostat in the rooms, we had a very quiet room with inside view

Excellent central location. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa was great with good sized pool. Afternoon cakes and snacks were a nice aďed bonus.

+ Location - so close to shopping areas, tourist attractions, very good metro and RER transport (airport!) + Quiet rooms + Excellent free mini bar and free bar at the hotel lobby - one can take coffee or cold drinks and eat fruits, sweets and snacks during the day + Very big and comfy bed

Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. Leisure facilities great. Thought we would miss having a Hotel bar but there were some great ones in the area. Only reason we didn’t give it full marks was because the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and the breakfast was very average.
