The hotel was close to many services and facilities in Paris. Metro was only minutes away and easy to walk to. Area felt safe. The hotel had a great traditional but modern European vibe with touches of Paris throughout.

Friendly stuff from the beginning, Amazing breakfast (cheese, pastry, variety of fruits and fresh baguette!), location (quiet street but right to the metro station).

The Hotel was lovely (Decor in line with what you would expect to see in the French capital). clean and warm and stayed on the 2nd floor. Room was cleaned everyday and free tea & coffee replenishments were provided. Great location with lots shops/ lots of recusants near by and only being as short distance to the metro. Staff always smiling and happy to help. Upon arrival was given all the information we needed to know about the hotel.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lift and air conditioning broke for a day or two during our stay but they did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible during this time. None of which was their fault or they could do anything about and we could see they were doing everything possible to fix the problem ASAP. We loved the beautiful traditional look and feel of the whole hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Merci!

Location Was amazing, close to Eiffel Tower, metro and all attracion of Paris. Near is wonderfull Bakery ❤ room is nice with climate of France. We realy love it.
