Everything is perfect at this hotel when it comes to value for money. It is very clean, the breakfast is good and sufficient, the staff is very kind, it is well located, with bus, metro or train a few minutes away. But... unfortunately our room was cold, really cold. After the 5 nights in the cold I caught a cold. The reception staff was very kind and they increased the temperature in the room, but in vain. If it had been summer I would have said it was a 10 note hotel!

Was Clean, comfortable and a good location. Coffee and tea for the morning waa a nice touch. Feel it is a good price for what you get. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Helpful receptionists. Location- lots of options of buses & metro. We can go anywhere in Paris from the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Gare de l'Est and in walking distance to Gare du Nord, which was perfect for my stay. The staff were super friendly and recognised me each time I came through the door, which was lovely. There was a problem with noise in my room but I got offered a new one as soon as I mentioned it to the receptionist. I even booked an additional night in the end. The rooms are quite small, especially if you bring a lot of luggage, but I was only there to sleep and to have a shower, so the room size was no problem for me. All in all, this hotel was very good value for money.

The location is great and the views from the room are amazing as you have a small private balcony. It was tidy.

Very warm welcome and the team is really charming. I’m grateful for that. Secondly, the location is just right there, 2 minutes from the train station East. Nice to have water boiling kettle in the room with free sacked coffee, tea and sugar.

The location is no complaint. Sunlight enters from the west, but if you turn on the air conditioner, there is no problem.
