Friendly receptionist and easy check in/check out, offered complimentary hot and cold drinks, amazing location and relatively good pricing. There were a couple of things that could have been cleaner (e.g. some cobwebs around windows; dust on extraction fan in the bathroom) - otherwise room appeared to be clean.

The location of the hotel is great, more metro station is nearby and there are many restaurants, shops in the neighborhood. The room has everything for a short stay, it was clean and the bed was comfy, but the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was also good, so many option to choose.

Fab location - really central, and a very easy walk from Gare du Nord. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast arrangements need some attention- not the greatest choice/variety (e.g. only chocolate flavoured yogurt available every morning), and just one lady trying to set tables, and clear tables, and keep everything replenished, but she did it all with a smile!

The hotel and our room was very clean, room was more bigger than i expected, we have stayed for 4 days without any difficulties with our child. And the stuff was kind and helpful.

The room was very small and the bed was not comfortable at all. The wardrobe was too small to store clothes. The staff were kind.

Warm. Inviting and great location. Staff were superbly helpful. Breakfast at 12 Euro included boiled eggs, bread, pastries, and cold vegetables, smoked salmon and cheeses. Cereals included granola, plus fruit and yogurt. Also an easy walk from Gare du Nord.
