The location was so convenient being right beside Gare St Lazare. Simple access to so many shops and restaurants. Was perfect for our first time in Paris.

So glad we chose this hotel. The grand entrance lobby with Christmas tree and Bellini cocktails from the bar made our arrival really special, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, but the best thing was the staff. They were so helpful and kind, even when some of the family went down with sickness they looked after us and went the extra mile to help us in our plight. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a great location to visit the main attractions. Everything was walkable or use the convenient nearby Metro. The bar area is incredible, a little pricey but worth it for the atmosphere and drinks. The staff were very attentive and made the whole experience have a very high end feel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

All was really well; I had access to the executive lounge that was great. I thought the lounge was a little too small could be expanded to comfortably accommodate more people. I loved it so much great food served.

Very pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent and you have plenty of choice and the space is nice. The Grand Salon is a nice place to have a drink or eat on the spot (special mention to the gravlax salmon). The hotel location is excellent, near all the nice shopping places and commodities in Paris 8.

Property felt like we were staying in a hotel, often these days it feels more like a bnb. Room was spacious, clean, quiet in terms of street traffic and neighbours. It was possible to hear the trains, but these were not too loud and it didn’t negatively impact.

Excellent location, good restaurants nearby and good shops plus easy access to Gare St. Lazare and lots of taxis. Room was quiet (5th Floor) and comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety.

All in all very satisfying. The staf was great, everyone tried to make us feel as best as possible. The location was great for our needs. Room was spacious, beds comfy, the bathroom big. Great value, you get what you pay for, and more…
