the service was very seamless. Staff was very kind and polite. Every request we made was immediately adhered to. I wish our room had a better video but the location of the place more than made up for it :) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone as this is one of the few hotels where the room size is also adequate :) having a coat hanger/cupboard was a very big plus considering we travelled in the winter season. The location is FAABBBB- great restaurants nearby and grocery stores right infront of the hotel. Metro/ RER is 100 meters walking distance :) Bus stops are also nearby - walking distance. You also have decathlon and H&M nearby for any immediate shopping <3 this hotel is an all rounder.

Our room was clean and spacious enough to get some rest after sightseeing. We appreciated having an electric kettle and small fridge. Nearby (3-minute walk) there was metro station. The staff was nice.

Very friendly staff. In the evening you can drink tea or coffee with cookies at the hotel reception. We love this 13th arrondissement, so we are always happy to stay there
