Great location and welcoming, friendly staff. Room was a reasonable size and well lit. Elevator and stairs were both easy to access the room.

The staff were most helpful, the breakfast options were very good. The location was convenient, close to tge Notre Dame cathedral and the Cluny museum.

My second time here and even this time it was great. Reception staff- excellent, room-excellent, cleanliness and everything else excellent. I didn't give it a 10 because I didn't have breakfast there so I can't rate everything.
