Hotel Overview

First is located a 5-minute walk from the Champs de Mars and a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It is a design hotel offering air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi access.

The view from our hotel room was amazing. The location of the hotel was also brilliant. Right next to a train station, and only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. We'll definitely be back!

I loved my stay at this hotel! They were super quick to reply to emails I sent prior to arriving. When we did arrive, the gentleman on the desk was beyond lovely (so upset I didn’t catch his name), but he was amazing! He also let us know they had upgraded our room when we arrived. The hotel room was so lovely! On the top floor. It had the most perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from the window. We also walked all the way to the Eiffel Tower which was about 20 minutes all together. Facilities were great. The hotel is perfectly situated across the road from a tram stop (and bus stops so easy to get to)! There are shops and restaurants near by also (we went for dinner at Le Royal Cambronne which is about a one minute walk away & it was so good)! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. All the other staff we encountered were extremely lovely! They spoke english (which we were so grateful for. sorry for our bad french). I will 100% be staying here in future. Thank you!

easy access to station. and not far from eifel tower. (20 min walk) room was nice and clean.

It´s a very cozy hotel, a small place that is located in a good position towards Eiffel tower, and we have been using this hotel before and will do so in the future. :-)
