The staff were really helpful. Good location as it's an easy walk from Gaud du Nord station and close to a tube station.

I liked it being in a quiet area, very close to the Gare du nord train station which was helpful for me and my friend, it was about a 10 minute walk I’d say to the station. The lady at reception, who was there upon arrival, was ever so lovely and polite! And throughout our stay, the rest of the staff were the same, very welcome and lovely! The room and the reception area were both very clean. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Everything was lovely. Especially the staff of the hotel. Very good breakfast and very good environment, hospitable/ friendly staff at the reception. We had an excellent welcome from two staff members who were very friendly every time we saw them, as well as other staff members. Our room was very big, especially the bed, and it was quiet overnight. The shower was very good too, with some bathroom facilities added. The location was ideal for our walk from the Gare du Nord - and we also had a local Metro, so we were able to board it and go visit sites in Paris.

The staff was incredible. One of our party wasn't feeling well and they happened to have a room free and the cleaning staff rushed to get it cleaned for our family member so they could lay down and rest. It was an incredible unexpected gesture. The facilities themselves were fantastic and I felt well worth the price. It was a quick walk from both train stations with luggage so no issues there either.
