The hotel is in a perfect location and very clean. The reception staff were polite and professional. If I do return to Paris, it’s always nice to have a reliable place to stay and that's this hotel.

The room is quite spacious for family room in Paris. Very clean room and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Location is good as it is near to metro and walking distance to Champs elysées and arc de triomphe. The staff are all very polite and patient with our needs.

Great location, close to 2 metro stations, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Reception staff friendly and very helpful with good English. We had family room and travelled with two adults and two teenagers. Rooms were clean, sheets, towels and beds were clean and in good condition. Daily housekeeping was good and towels changed daily. Would recommend for a family who intend to see the city.
