Very good location, close to a lot of museums and shops. The room was very noisy, we could hear every noise in the surrounding / above rooms. Breakfast - the same every day, no diversification.

Very well located. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. The room was exactly as advertised and the location allowed for nearby restaurants and close to a major subway station making crossing the city quite easy.

Hotel is in a very central location. Open top bus shop 2 mins down the same street. Lots of shops / bars / restaurants on the doorstep also. Great connection for metro lines aswell. Many attractions within walking distance of hotel Hotel was very clean and excellent breakfast. Staff were all lovely

1. Location 2. It was a nice gesture left in the room for our four years old young lady; Balloon, mini toy, candy, colouring book, crayons it was excellent THANK YOU 3. extra bed provided for young lady which was not expected, thank you so much for that 4. Cleanliness of room was spot on

Location was perfect. The hotel was quiet and secure. The room was exactly as advertised, and we found everything perfect. We especially appreciated the extra efforts from the staff. Particular thanks to Kilian who went above and beyond, rescuing my wife from being overcharged by taxi. It was well beyond our expectations and elevated the stay.

Location of the hotel was awesome. It was in the Opera area and close walk to everything or 5-10 min taxi ride. Room was comfortable and spacious and was kept clean at all the times. I had the used the Breakfast on my Check-out date, which was good. Eggs, omelettes, baguettes, cheese etc.
