The staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 The location is perfect, touristic places are reachable by foot. The room was small but very cozy, with a nice kettle to prepare a tea. Also, my cat enjoyed the stay and was very relaxed🙂 Thank you so much!

Firstly, the staff (especially Sofia), were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They talked us through the check in/out process and it was very smooth. The room was lovely, very clean and we had a lovely skylight which brought in lots of natural light. We both said it was one of the best sleeps we had in a long time. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we even tried looking at the brand to see if we could buy some of the pillows for our own house! The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Metro station which can take you all over the city which was fantastic, but also the location allows you to walk and explore the beautiful city, with most places being within 10-30 minutes walking distance.

Great location, the hotel is really close to different restaurants, bars and public transport. The staff were very friendly and provided a great service.
