the residence does not catch the eyes from external but you soob realize the great choice to book her. it is super private and quiet even if on a really vibrant street full of bakery and restaurant, close to grocieries and 2 metro stops (cadet and grand boulevards). the flat is really spacious with all you need and people at reception are extremely polite for anything you need. louvre is 15min walking. same Opera. so far guess one of the best price/quality ratio taking into account costs of paris and horrible hotel in the market. i will definetely try to book there again once i wll be back in Paris

Very nice area, on a lively street with restaurants and bars. Yet, the room was very quiet, probably due to the interior yard. Appartment was big, with everything you need. Clean, good air conditioning. Nice and comfortable bed. Good service at reception (even after 6pm). Checkout very easy (just left key at the entrance). Good air conditioning, without which it is impossible to sleep. Good level of security, you need codes, access card to get in, take lift etc. I recommend this location.

Great location in a lovely street, with good restaurants near by. The accommodation was in a secluded courtyard, so quiet from road noise. The property was secure, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave baggage prior/post check in/out. Great to have space and good facilities in the room.

This residence was very clean, all of the kitchen appliances worked well and beds of good quality. Walking distance to many attractions. Excellent service. Would absolutely return.
