Close to Metro, malls, restaurants and small supermarkets. Not noisy although close to the Main Street. Modern and cosy environment, polite staff. Small hotel perfect for few days in Paris. Water for free! :)

Everything was perfect! We were there as my best friend's birthday present and she was amazed. From the moment we came to the hotel, the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They offered us extra toothpaste, toothbrush, pillows, etc at no additional cost. They also gave us a clothing iron and an ironing table as per our request, which was also free of charge. When they realized that we were there for a birthday, they offered us a room upgrade (free of charge) and we could pick which view we wanted. It was mindful of them and we very much appreciated it. Another thing that was so special was that since there was leftover food from the breakfast, guests could grab croissants and pancakes to go, even though we for example didn't have breakfast included in our reservation. Upon arrival, guests are offered glass bottles that they can then fill up non-stop throughout their stay with water. Also, there is a coffee machine that guests can use whenever they want. Since we had to work remotely for a few days, we found that the space meant for that is quite comfortable and nice to work from. Metro is right there, so getting anywhere in Paris is a piece of cake, even though I would recommend walking because the whole neighborhood is so beautiful and you can feel the spirit of Paris in this area. Everything is so close and there is soooo much to see in this area. You even see the Eiffel Tower right in front of the hotel once you leave the front door. I mean, it doesn't get better than this if you ask me. All in all, it wasn't my first time in Paris, but this hotel is really a gem and I will be coming again for sure!

The Night manager was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. When returning to Paris would definitely stay here again. 8 min walk from station

A clean and comfortable room with a stunning view of Montparnasse Boulevard. The room was warm in November, which is important in Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, both for traveling from the airport and exploring the city by foot or metro. Shops and all categories restaurants are all around. Reasonable pricing.

Nice little touchs ie watering pot for balcony plant (did look a little sad so I gave it a good drink) nice sencha tea bags little fridge etc very comfortable bed, exceptionally friendly front desk staff
