Absolutely excellent. Location, cleanliness, staff, Anika at the reception is super super kind, gave us all informations and directions as was our first time in Paris, gave us also drinks on our check out day. Very satisfied, definitely we'll back ❤️

The location was great, few meters from Metro station Trocadero. Very close to the most famous Eiffel view in Paris. The staff was mostly friendly. Housekeeping and breakfast were excellent.

I was amazed by the location, right next to a metro station and incredibly close proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Anika was amazing, she helped me prepare my proposal for my now fiancée. Fantastic member of staff and person.

great location, clean and beautiful. if you don't want to overpay, call a taxi yourself, at the reception they called me a car for 40€ more.

Loved the calm room on the 4th floor, the lovely breakfast selection and helpful service personal. Best place to stay if you are in Paris for business, very close to the subway and to surrounding restaurants etc.

Loved the location - we were so close to the Eiffel Tower for doing some early morning photos and metro was easy. Reception lady was very informative and helpful when we arrived and we could get into our room before checkin time for which we were grateful! Room was comfortable not huge of course being Paris, but was what we needed. We even had a slight view of Eiffel from our window! We didn't have the breakfast in the mornings because we were off out seeing Paris and ate later in the day.

I didn't have breakfast I don't normally eat breakfast and I had an early start. Room was okay. No view but that's okay. I arrived about 1 pm and they gave me a coffee whilst I waited for my room which took about 20 minutes. No rush as check it is usually around 3 pm. I checked out very early (6 am) and the staff looked after my baggage until about 3.30 pm. I paid in cash when I checked into the room.

Was in the middle of everything and you can see eifel tower very lovely stay and the lady at front desk is the best .very friendly and helpful
