Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, excellent location and pleasant staff. Also very quiet considering the apartment is located in central Paris (no traffic noise at all). We were able to check in early and check in/check out process was very easy. Water, tea/coffee and snacks left in the room which was a nice touch. Building felt safe and secure.

It was easy to collect the keys, Alex was there to meet us and handed over the keys. The apartment looks the same as in the pictures and is spacious. It is also central and close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were met on arrival and shown to the apartment, given a tour and all the details we needed. It was a lovely and personal welcome. The apartment had everything you needed. It was excellent and was perfect for the 3 of us. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was great. We used the kitchen, and it had all the crockery, utensils, etc. you need. You can connect to netflix so after long days it was great to watch a film before settling down for the night. The doors are all electronic, so no worries about losing keys. There is a lift, so it is easy to get up and down with luggage and shopping. I thought its location was really good, not too close to the centre but not too far out. There are plenty of modes of transport available just around the corner. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars. Thoroughly recommend and would stay here again.

Such a lovely apartment and has everything you need. It is close to many restaurants and bars and walking distance to the centre. The staff are lovely! We will definitely be back.

Excellent location, almost everything is within walking distance. Electrical bicycles just around the corner for rent and Metro also not far away. Host was very kind en helpful and private parking direct opposite the entrance was perfect!

Our stay with Alex was lovely. Anything we needed was on hand straight away and the property suited all our needs. It was clean, a reasonable size apartment and secure and Parisian in feel.
