Stylish studio on the top floor of an unassuming building. Located in a quiet side street of a lively neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable bed. I found it even better looking than in the pictures. Only the TV suffered from shrinkflation.

I've been a few times in Paris and for me this is by far the best option when considering a trip to Paris. Value for money is unbeatable. The appartement is in a very central location, you can walk to a lot of the main attractions or you have metro stations very close by. It is also very safe and lively area with lots of shops and cute bakerys, restaurants and cafes. I travelled with my mum and even in the evening we felt very comfortable and safe walking 'home' by ourselves. The appartement itself is decorated lovely and has this very authentic parisian feel to it and everything one needs.. The bed is super comfortable and it was absolutely quiet at night. And compared to any standard Hotel room in Paris you have soooo much space. What was also a massive plus compared to any probably unhappy hotel staff is the fact that the owner, Nicolas, is living in the same building and is super welcoming, friendly and helpful. You could contact him anytime you needed something and we had a situation due to the strike of the french air traffic controllers and we contacted him and he didn't hesitate to help us right away. So all in all, I would book it again because for us it was so much better than any hotel in this price range.
