The property requires a non-refundable prepayment equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount, and the guest has 24 hours to confirm and complete this payment from the time they receive the group conditions by email sent by Booking.com. After this deadline, a cancellation request will be submitted to Booking.comPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Small hotel in a great location, modern confortable rooms, nice breakfast, everything you need to stay confortably in Paris. Was running the marathon and they gave a kit with gel, marmelade and water bottle: very attentious!

Excellent location just off Champs Elysées, quaint comfortable room on the 4th floor, not the largest but enough for a few nights. Room was clean, well laid out, only negatives were no wardrobe just a small hanging rail and toilet squeezed in at an angle. Reception staff amazing, very welcoming and informative.

it was so comfortable and a really good sized room with a liittle outdoor terrace which is rare in Paris Staff very friendly and breakfast included which as amazing
