The staff was great, we got everything we needed for our stay. A few things to note: the beds are sliding, it is really uncomfortable for a couple; and you have a rule about changing towels, but you don't follow them- we left the towels on the hanger, but they were still changed. Good luck! I definitely will stay in this hotel next time.

I had the best experience with this hotel. First of all, the staff, everyone at the reception were incredibly nice, kind and friendly. Always ready for help, recommendations and generally a pleasant chat. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is easy to find and was very close to the metro. But also quite close to the sights with several metro stations. Also, the location is safe, quiet and there are many shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes. Everyone in the area is kind and smiling. I recommend and I will come again!

Very helpful personnel especialy Victor the receptionist. Everyday room was cleaned. Price equal quality.

Overall a good hotel, nice sized room with air con, not far from a metro stop. Plenty of bars/cafes/bistros nearby. Good breakfast to get you going!

Location is perfect for Brochant metro. Lots of bars and cafes. Breakfast was good too. Great value for money for Paris especially during the Olympics.

Fabulous location for transportation to the centre of the city and access to bars and restaurants locally. Metro is a 2 minute walk away. Hotel has amazingly helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you and were very flexible, big call out for the 2 younger guys who ran around helping people constantly (one of them has a beard and both are also studying) Cleaning and new towels daily (even if you didn't need more), comfy beds and nice bedding, air con and safe in the room for valuables

The staff were fabulous, particularly Nordine the receptionist. I traveled with my son and he moved us to a triple room so that we didn’t have to share a bed. Breakfast was very good too
