Authentic beach apartments facing picturesque Parga shores with beautiful cliffs. Ideal both for high and low season stay, the apartment has all kitchenette and amenities included. Small balcony with stunning view was our beloved spot. The host was a very nice and caring lady. If you arrive by car, it is possible to park up on the parallel street and access the hotel on foot. The restaurants and shops are within easy access, the castle is also walkable. Highly recommend this apartment for those, who love stay with a stunning view.

Everything was perfect for us. Apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and cozy. View is amazing! Staff we meet was super friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper we met! She was very happy and friendly, also helped a lot with our luggage. Would definitely come back again :)

Perfect location, view from balcony stunning. Spotlessly clean, fresh bedding and towels every day - amazing. Eleanor the Cleaner took much pride in her work. The owner was on hand and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Location is fabulous and the property is immaculately clean. We stayed in a studio on the first floor which was bigger than the other rooms and we were glad of the extra space. The bathroom was better than the picture on here, it had a proper shower (not the hand held one in the photo) and shower curtain, and also a brand new wall mounted hairdryer. We had fresh towels and linen almost every day and the pillows were really comfy. The view was nice but obscured by the rooftop of Nisaki Restaurant, best uninterrupted views are on the second floor. Dimitra is the owner, she is a very lovely lady and always helpful if you need anything. We would stay here again as it felt very homely and welcoming and the location is perfect.

Superb location, spotlessly clean, lovely host. Great shower, fresh towels, cleaning and sweeties every day. Hand wash and shower gel provided. Kitchen facilities excellent.

I stayed 3 nights in an apartment from Avlonitis Rooms, which is perfectly located, centrally in Parga and has a wonderful view over the whole town. Although centrally located, the hotel is very quiet, the only sound being the waves of the sea, which is wonderful. Parking was on the street above the hotel, with very easy access inside. Dimitra manages the hotel very well, and Eleni tried every day to make our stay pleasant by arranging the beds, the kitchen with flowers and handmade ornaments. The cleanliness is perfect, the beds are comfortable, the linen very clean, and the towels were changed daily. The kitchen is big, equipped with everything, and in the fridge we found juices and mineral water. The balcony is a big plus and you can stay all day enjoying a coffee, a glass of wine looking at the sea without getting bored. I highly recommend.
