I have been here several times, in different rooms, and it is always such a pleasure to be here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, equipped with anything you might need, and the hosts are super friendly and help where-ever they can to make your stay wonderful. .

Gordon, who welcomed us at check-in, is a very friendly and welcoming host, easy to reach by WhatsApp, and is always willing to help out. Prior to arrival we could reach the property easily through the booking app (thanks Sanja). The apartment was recently renovated in colonial style and decorated with an eye for detail (fresh flowers). It is surrounded by a lovely garden (a grietjebie was our alarm clock). When settling into our apartment we found locally squashed juices, banana crisps, and fresh buns and pastries in the kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, and enough crockery and cutlery. Saoenah market, Saturday market @ Tourtonnelaan and historic center are all on cycling distance (max 10 min). A hidden gem in the center of Paramaribo.
