The hotel is amazing as a location and facilities. But the most important thing is that the complex is amazing because of the stuff- very kind, helpful and always smiling. This was one of the best family vacations that we had. I recommended this place to all of my friends and family. We are waiting forward to see you next year.

Been here last year too and many things have changed, unfortunately not in the good way. Food: Was very poor quality from last year, not very diverse. For 10 days they served the same 4 soups(onion soup was the worst, it’s just water with onion), most of the soups were water, flour and 10% legumes. Most of the dishes had dill starting from the garnishes, salads, main courses. Last year they offered water at the dinner but now you have to pay for it. The deserts were made most of them with vegetable cream and gelatin. At the a la carte restaurants, the food was ok-ish. To summarize, I would give a 4 for the food quality and diversity. Beach Access: The access to the beach was impractical, since last year they’ve built a wall and 18 rooms (the family rooms) have to go all the way to the reception to have beach access. We had to carry all the luggage’s for the whole family from the car to the room and backwards for about 500m to bypass the wall they’ve built. This was also a major downside for us. Facilities: The rooms are equipped with hairdryer, mini fridge and a kettle. The resort has one adults only pool and 4 other family pools but for one of them you have to pay 20e/sunbed, also you have to pay 30e for the beach canopy. In the evening, for the building where we had the rooms (700’s rooms) it was very dark, no lights on the alley from the restaurants to the rooms, on some evenings the lights in the pool which was ok, but not always, 7/10 nights the lights were off and several times we stumbled in the sun beds. It’s very easy to harm yourself at night, that’s why I don’t understand why they keep the lights off. Internet connection is mediocre. They also have a wet sauna and a dry one(which wasn’t working and when our friend was inside, the sauna short circulated and started lighting sparks) and a pool. Beach: It’s with fine sand but there are seaweeds and some jellyfish. 2 of our kids and our friend were stung by it.

The property is beautiful. The gardens are well maintained, the hotel restaurant has a nice vibe and the food is great. The beach is spacious. Within the hotel is Captain’s Bar overlooking the pool and the beach, perfect to enjoy a drink. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay. Our first room (house n.3) was more like a 4 star hotel. The fridge was broken and leaking all the time (although to be fair we did not even request assistance for it). We felt like the housekeeping wasn’t cleaning the room enough. However the second room that we got (house n.13) was a lot nicer and the fridge was way better.
