Definitely recommend! The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was so kind and helpful. Everything looked exactly as advertised. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked brilliant to cool down in. Very close to the airport. The owner offers transport to/from the airport for a reasonable price.

We were picked up from the airport at night and driven to the property, which was very convenient and pleasant. Check-in was on time. It was very hot in Yerevan, but the air conditioning worked well, so we were able to get a good sleep after a night flight.

A wonderful and quiet place with a lovely garden and pool—perfect for relaxation. Lip was very kind, helpful and punctual.
